I agree with the comments already left- the designs just need MORE stuff, whether words, rubber stamped pattern (to break up the flatness of the house), antiquing on the edges, etc. Add a button to the roof to enhance the lacy pattern you have already, etc. Definitely add words, "cherish", "devotion", or find words flipping through an old book (I love "found" poetry or phrases). Can't wait to see what you do!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03274493238689132223noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065136969993580981.post-34761161139179494482008-05-07T14:32:00.000-05:002008-05-07T14:32:00.000-05:00great ideas ladies!! I think it's a pretty darn cute idea.Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11730200095182699045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065136969993580981.post-34407751587856068282008-05-07T13:41:00.000-05:002008-05-07T13:41:00.000-05:00you could also add strips of paper as siding on th...you could also add strips of paper as siding on the outside. I definitely think they need some words or thoughts. Maybe add their name above the door or a thought, like love or adoration. Or hearts on the doors cut from paper and glued on, or cut out of the doors so you can peek through to the picture.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13744569319989211286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065136969993580981.post-37480460519596471422008-05-07T10:27:00.000-05:002008-05-07T10:27:00.000-05:00Hi Chris: I would add a word or phrase inside (bot...Hi Chris: I would add a word or phrase inside (bottom of couple picture)and if you feel comfortable, I would stamp something on the door/above it. Think of more like a design element than a realistic image. Swirls, dots, curlee cues...You can mask areas which you don't want to be stamped on since you have them so far done now. Just my two cents - but I think it will take them to another level.<BR/>LoriLori Nowak - aka Mirrorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01471069778163244514noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065136969993580981.post-88198299165717260472008-05-07T07:55:00.000-05:002008-05-07T07:55:00.000-05:00Great house Chris! Try a colored pencil and give that girl some lipstick and maybe a tiny, tiny bit of blush! ;)Angie in AZhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09337095528121420130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3065136969993580981.post-81093786669520585542008-05-06T22:52:00.000-05:002008-05-06T22:52:00.000-05:00well...I would add some glitter to the rooftop, ma...well...I would add some glitter to the rooftop, maybe use a background stamp to stamp on the house itself or cut out some windows and glue them on...maybe put a wreath on the front door, or put a house number up somewhere. And add some words for what he is whispering to her or what she is thinking. Cool house!!!Linda Johttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13863170045475603030noreply@blogger.com
